Access to PharmSphere Base is granted per the subscription plan details you select at the time of sign-up. Each plan (1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month, 1 Year) provides access for the duration and credit allowance specified on the Plans page. Your access begins once payment is confirmed and expires automatically at the end of the plan period unless renewed.
You agree to use your account credentials only for yourself and not to share them with others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
PharmSphere Base provides clinical decision-support insights based on the information you submit. It is not a replacement for professional medical judgment. Final clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating clinician.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms. No refund is owed in such cases except as provided in our Refund Policy.
